September 1, 2011 Application period opens
June 30, 2012 Application cut-off dates. Applications are reviewed and spaces awarded on a rolling basis during this period until capacity is reached
June 25, 2012 and July 1, 2012 for Four and Two-Year meetings, respectively Cut-off date for Launch Meeting room rate at Renaissance Hotel, Asheville, NC
July 25 – 26, 2012 Foundations of Excellence Launch Meeting for FOUR-year campuses
July 30 – 31, 2012 Foundations of Excellence Launch Meeting for TWO-year campuses

July 2012		 Period of task force study and creation of strategic action plan
September/October 2012 Administration of web-based Faculty/Staff survey
November 2012 Administration of New Student survey
