FEE STRUCTURE

The Analytics in Pedagogy and Curriculum fee has been structured to make the process and tools accessible to institutions of any size. The fee structure (per year) is based on institutional undergraduate enrollment.

  • Up to 3,000 students = $9850
  • 3,001 - 8,000 students = $11,325
  • 8,001 - 15,000 students = $13,025
  • 15,001 - 25,000 students = $14,975
  • Over 25,001 students =  $17,225

FOUNDATIONS OF EXCELLENCE DEADLINES & FEES

 

Foundations of Excellence is now accepting applications. Join the 2018–19 cohort  today.

FEE STRUCTURE

  • FoE Standard = $ 59, 500 - First-Year or Transfer Focus (includes two Foundations surveys owned by Skyfactor™)
  • FoE Comprehensive = $80,500 - First-Year or Transfer Focus with Implementation Support (Includes two FoE surveys owned by Skyfactor)
  • FoE Integrated = $90,000 - Both First-Year and Transfer Focus (Includes two FoE surveys owned by Skyfactor)
  • FoE Implement = $25,000 - Both First-Year and Transfer Focus (Select this support at the same time as FoE First-Year or Transfer and receive a $4,000 discount on FoE Implement)
  • FoE Refresh = $42,000 (Used to update an existing FoE plan. FoE Surveys are optional and require an additional $5,800 fee which is paid to Skyfactor by the Gardner Institute on behalf of the institution)
  • FoE Returning Institution = $42,000 (Used  by institutions that have participated in FoE before and elect to come back and participate in another form of FoE. FoE Surveys are optional and require an additional $5,800 fee which is paid to Skyfactor by the Gardner Institute on behalf of the institution)

 

 

Foundations of Excellence includes a variety of support components and processes to help institutions implement their action plans to a high degree. This includes Analytics in Pedagogy and Curriculum and the Teaching and Learning Academy.

There are two required surveys utilized in the assessment and planning process: one measuring student  perceptions and the other perceptions of faculty and staff. These are owned and provided by Skyfactor.

III.
GATEWAYS TO COMPLETION DEADLINES & FEES

 

Gateways to Completion is now accepting applications. Join  the 2018–19 cohort today.

FEE STRUCTURE

We offer a sliding scale based on the number of courses being addressed:

  • 1 Course = $19,500 per year
  • 2 Courses = $15,250 per course per year
  • 3 Courses = $12,450 per course per year
  • 4 Courses = $10,250 per course per year
  • 5 Courses = $8,850 per course per year
  • 6 Courses = $7,500 per course per year
  • 7 Courses = $7,125 per course per year

APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS

A 5% discount is applied when multiple institutions from the same system or district participate in Gateways to Completion as an intentional system- / district-wide endeavor.

 

We recommend that institutions budget for three years of involvement in the Gateways to Completion process. In addition to the fees listed above, institutions will also need to budget for required project meetings.

RETENTION PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT DEADLINES & FEES

FEE STRUCTURE

Fees vary based on undergraduate unduplicated enrollment.

Analyze & Plan (Year 1)*

  • Up to 3,000 students = $19,750
  • 3,001 up to 8,000 students = $26,000
  • 8,001 up to 15,000 students = $32,250
  • 15,001 up to 25,000 students = $38,750
  • 25,001 or more students = $42,250

Act & Monitor (Year 2)**

  • Up to 3,000 students = $13,825
  • 3,001 up to 8,000 students = $18,200
  • 8,001 up to 15,000 students = $22,575
  • 15,001 up to 25,000 students = $27,125
  • 25,001 or more students = $29,575

APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS

* Institutions that enter Retention Performance Management as part of a multi-campus effort receive a 5% discount off the annual fee per institution.

** Act & Monitor (Year 2 ) fees indicate the discounted fees for institutions that participated in Analyze & Plan (Year 1).

ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR WHICH INSTITUTIONS SHOULD BUDGET

  • Travel and lodging costs for the Gardner Institute senior advisor’s visit to your institution
  • Travel and lodging costs for a minimum of 3 persons to attend the annual, in-person Community of Practice meeting
  • Travel, lodging and registration costs (discounted) for 3 persons to attend the annual Gateway Course Experience Conference — since gateway courses are an important part of your work in Retention Performance Management. (The conference takes place immediately following and in the same location as the Community of Practice meeting)

TEACHING AND LEARNING ACADEMY DEADLINES & FEES

 

Teaching and Learning Academy is now accepting applications.

FEE STRUCTURE

The Teaching and Learning Academy fee is $1,750 per year per faculty/instructor.

APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS

Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more participants from the same institution. Discounts are also available for faculty/instructors from an institution involved in the Gateways to Completion process.
