Retention Redesign

Building a team to improve student success and retention

Institutional performance has a powerful impact on student success. So when it comes to monitoring and assessing student outcomes, it’s important to use a collaborative approach. Retention Performance Management uses a task force-based assessment model to drive your structured planning and implementation processes forward. By involving faculty, staff and students in the decision-making process, everyone can have a voice in retention redesign.

With Retention Performance Management, your campus will have a shared commitment to achieving success, along with improved student success outcomes and stronger retention efforts.

Ensure that all of your stakeholders are fully on board for driving meaningful performance gains and achieving positive student outcomes.
